Turn your book knowledge into gas!

Want to win $50 worth of gas? Who wouldn't with the prices out there. You could win by entering the summer Meta-Morph Adult Reading Trivia Contest now through July 31. The winner will be announced August 1 at 3pm. Test your knowledge of morphed characters in fiction. Morphed characters are anthropomorphic characters that have human attributes but are not human. Or they are humans who have taken on the appearance of animals. Your task is to name the author and book (or series) in which each of ten morphed characters appear. All ten characters and clues are on display on the main floor at the library. Here's one them to get your started.

Clue No. 9: Medical thriller Bonobos get genetic tweaking and become human prototypes for organ harvests. Watch out humans! What is the title of the book and who is the author?

Grand prize winner will receive a $50 gas card (or a local shoppers card if you prefer). To enter: see the contest display at the library's main floor, use the clues to complete the entry form and give it to the clerk at the desk. Contest Rules: For adults only, age 18 or over. One entry per person. The entry with the most correct answers is the winner. If there is a tie, a drawing will determine the final winner. Entry deadline is July 31 at 9pm.
